NZ Commercial Property Brokers Limited was founded in 1988 during a turbulent time for the investment markets - in the wake of the 1987 share market crash.
Of the original sales force two emerged as leaders of the company - brothers, Kevin & Allan Mark. They had experience as commercial property investors, as well as, being successful salespeople.
From the early 1990's thru to 2000 the company built their market share to be one of the major real estate agencies in Hamilton specialising in commercial investments and leasing.
From 2000 to 2007 the company has consolidated its activities to sourcing investments and helping investors to buy, sell and lease commercial property.
