KEVIN D. MARK

Kevin Mark commenced his real estate career in 1982 in Auckland. In 1987 he joined his brother selling commercial real estate for a large Hamilton company and then in 1988 he co founded NZ Commercial Property Brokers Ltd. and today owns the company together with his brother, Allan.

Having been involved in Commercial Real Estate for many years, Kevin has a very extensive network of contacts and much experience in all aspects of it. He has helped many of his clients to make the right decision regarding their property. One of his specialities is Property Syndication, where large value properties are purchased and then sold on in smaller parcels.

Kevin has been recognised by the NZ Real Estate Institute by his having twice won the coveted Commercial & Industrial Real Estate Salesman of the Year Award, in 1994, 1998 & 2000, for the Waikato/Bay of Plenty.

ALLAN MARK

Allan Mark commenced his real estate career in 1985, specialising in investment sales with Eastside Real Estate, in Hamilton. In 1988 he and his brother, Kevin co-founded NZ Commercial Property Brokers Limited. 

Over the last 5 years he has won the NZ Real Estate Institute’s Salesperson of the Year Award for the Waikato/Bay of Plenty/Gisborne area in 1995, 1996,1999 & 2000.

Allan’s experience with developers has seen him arrange design build projects for clients, such as Hertz, Gough Gough & Hamer and Crown Worldwide Removals. With many repeat customers, Allan has a very wide buyer/vendor base to help investors/landlords achieve results.

Being a commercial investor himself allows Allan to impart years of first hand experience to prospective investors.

IAN McHARG

Ian McHarg joined NZ Commercial Property Brokers Limited in February 2008 inspired by the new challenges of the commercial world.  He bring previous experience in adult education, design and construction, and business.

Since 2003 Ian has been self employed completing a number of large scale landscape commissions and design/build projects including 2 new homes.

He enjoys the challenges of being part of the property market and is currently working on his own project on Waiheke Island.

Specialising in listing land and design/build projects Ian would like to move industrial design into the future to help business conduct business.
